Follow the A380 along Torquay Road and Newton Road until you reach Riveria Way A3022 . Continue on this road which continues on into the Newton Road A3022 . When you arrive at the junction of Torre Station take the right hand lane and continue down Avenue Road A3022 which leads into Kings Drive. At the end of Kings Drive you need to turn right onto the Seafront road called Torbay Road A3022 drine along this road until you see the Waters Edge Hotel which is situated on the right hand side of the road just past Seaway Lane
