Directions:

From the A38 South take the 2nd Plymouth turn off signed Manadon . On the slip road take the 2nd exit towards PAFC. After passing the stadium after 1.1 miles take the left fork signed City Centre. At the next small roundabout take 2nd exit under bridge and passing railway station on left. Take the 1st exit off the roundabout into North Road East after 200 yards turn left at lights into Houndiscombe Road. Almost immediately the road forks left again into Sutherland Road the Dudley Hotel is 100yards on the right hand side.
