Directions:

From the M5 motorway which ends at Exeter follow the signs for Torquay A380 skirting Newton Abbot and through Kingskerswell.At the roundabout entering Torbay either Turn right on the A380 ring road and follow signs for Paignton. Go straight over the first roundabout and turn left at the second to Preston seafront. Follow the road until you reach the traffic lights and head straight across down Seaway Road and under the bridge onto the seafront Marine Drive which is one way. When it turns into two way traffic turn 2nd right into Colin Road. Bay Sands Hotel is on the right at the end by the car park.
