Directions:

From Exeter Take the A38 towards Plymouth and exit on the A384 towards Totnes. At the traffic lights in Totnes turn right onto the A381. After approximately 10 miles 5 miles after the Mounts turn left at Buckland Tout Saints brown tourism sign then follow the signs to the hotel 2nd turning right after the Church.From Plymouth take the A379 towards Kingsbridge after Aveton Gifford drive up the steep hill and turn left at the roundabout. Through Churchstow take the first left at the roundabout and then straight over at the next t junction left again at the following roundabout towards Totnes and after about a half mile you will see the brown tourism sign to the hotel. Drive down to Goveton and follow the signs up the hill to the Church the hotel is 2nd left after the Church
