EX34 9SR Directions: Leave the M5 at junction 27 Tiverton . Follow the A361 dual carriageway for approx. 6 miles until you reach a roundabout. Go straight over the roundabout following the A361 for approx. 15 miles until you reach a roundabout straight over and at the next roundabout take the third exit along A399 heading for Combe Martin. Drive through the village and out the other side Direction of Ilfracombe for approx. 1 mile you will see a turning on the right hand side just over the brow of the hill marked Sandy Cove and Lodge.
