Directions:

From the end of the M5 join the A38 at major junction with A380 which goes to Torquay take right fork to Plymouth A38. Approximately 19 miles along A38 take the A384 to Totnes. Follow signs to Totnes turning left at roundabout near Dartington Glass .Just outside Totnes drive under footbridge and at traffic lights turn right onto A381 to Dartmouth and Kingsbridge. Approximately 6 miles to Halwell. In Halwell turn sharp left onto A3122 signposted to Dartmouth turning between a church and a pub narrow round to T juntion at the top of the hill .Turn left at the top of the hill. Approximately 8 miles to Dartmouth. Come down long steep hill Naval College on left . At the bottom of the hill stay in left hand lane after the traffic lights stay left and turn into Sandquay Road. The hotel carpark is on your right.
