After Kingskerswell follow the signs Torquay A3022 .When in Torquay follow the signs for the Sea Front. When the sea is in front of you turn left along the coast road towards the Marina.You should pass the Priness Theatre on your right bearing left at the next mini round about.You are now in the Strand with the Marina on your right at the next mini round about clock tower turn left into Torwood Street. At the traffic lights 75 yards turn right into Meadfoot Road. Go up the hill and as you go over the brow of the hill the road becomes Meadfoot Sea Road and the Hotel is 300 yards on the right.
