Our daily menus are a testament to both his varied experience his philosophy of using the very best available ingredients sourced locally with an emphasis on fresh produce in season. Our meat comes from local suppliers and is fully traceable. Fish landed at Plymouth Salcombe Brixham is delivered fresh daily in the autumn and winter months game from local estates is prominent on the menu.
